Use of Service

Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. You may cancel anytime from your account or billing portal, and your paid access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

• •Plan downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •Exceptions apply only where required by law or for duplicate or accidental billing reviewed by support.

Prohibited Activities

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Autonolab, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use this Service.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
